Our skilled staff can provide NDIS clients with;

Supporting the participant with everyday domestic needs/tasks that they may not be able to do so themselves without assistance. These supports may consist of eating, grooming, showing, etc 

 Delivery of supports to assist a participant engage in the community. Assistance to engage in activities and appointments outside the home.

  Supporting the participant with general cleaning and maintenance. These supports may consist of de-cluttering, house cleaning, organising, and other basic domestic duties.  

Support the participant with basic yard and/or garden tasks if they are unable to perform maintenance tasks themselves. .

 Short Term Accommodation assistance is based on a particular need from the participant. This could be accommodation in the case of stress/care needs that requires short term accommodation as respite. This item is inclusive of accommodation, support worker costs, meals, and other additional services included during the agreed period.  

Active night support assists those who need intermittent or continuous staff assistance throughout the night.

Sleepover support is where someone is available if a need arises during the night. Our staff will sleep in a separate room but can be woken up to provide assistance.

• Hoist transfer support

  Community nursing care can be provided to participants with complex medical and physical needs. We endeavour to meet your clinical and personal needs, so that you can continue to lead a stable, independent and healthy lifestyle in the comfort of your own home environment including palliative care.

Any travel costs encountered as part of the participant participating in activities in line with your NDIS goals as well as transport in a modified vehicle that is accessible for wheelchair transport.
